General TOS & Policies

Shipping

  • Order processing time on ready-to-ship items typically takes between 2-5 days, though we strive for as soon as possible.

  • Order processing time on made-to-order or commissioned items vary. Please see the original listing or the email discussing your commission.

  • We typically ship USPS first class or Priority, though sometimes USPS ground is used depending on package size. Shipping within the United States usually takes between 3-6 days, though this is not guaranteed. If you need a package quickly, please contact us about express shipping.

Return Policy

  • All sales of our products are final. We do not accept returns. For any issues, email us within 24 hours of receiving. 

  • If item is damaged directly out of the box, please email with photos within 24 hours of delivery date including the box.

  • Refunds or exchanges on items that you have not received but have been marked as "delivered" on the tracking will not be granted. Contact your local post office for issues with item delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering. Please contact us with your full name if you need to cancel. We will look at the timestamp and grant the refund if within the time limit. Orders will not be cancelled after 2 hours.

  • Made-to-order items may be cancelled within three days of ordering. Please contact us with your full name if you need to cancel.

  • Commissions may be cancelled on a case-by-case basis. In general, if construction of the commission has begun, a refund will most likely not be granted, though a partial refund may be considered. Please contact us to discuss further.

Anti-Harassment & Right to Refuse Service

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel are exhibiting harmful, manipulative, rude, or otherwise threatening behavior. This includes but is not limited to over email, social media comments or messages, or in person. Such actions will result in a refund of the product or refusal to sell the product, and a ban towards them on any future shop interactions.

Seller’s Rights

  • We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service and policies at any time. We reserve the right to change anything posted on this website or any of our sales sites, including things such as pricing and shop listings, at any time.

Commission TOS & Policies

Order Process

  1. Send in a commission form. We will email you to discuss your commission and details. An invoice will be created based off of this information.

  2. The invoice will be sent to you via email. You must pay in full (or put down the deposit, if a payment plan is discussed previously) within 2 days or otherwise discussed time limit.

  3. Once the invoice is paid, supplies will be ordered and construction will begin based on your order in the commission queue. We will keep in touch to discuss any more information needed or to send WIP photos.

  4. When the order is finished, you will receive final photos. Once they are approved by you, the order will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.

Payment

  • All payments through this website, in person, and through invoice are processed by Square. Square offers a variety of credit and debit payment options, including Afterpay. Commissions are paid through Square invoicing.

Turn Around Time

  • The turn around time will be discussed upon approval of the commission, before payment is received. General times are listed below, but are not always accurate. Please refer to the information sent via email.

  • Ears: 2-4 Weeks

  • Paws, Tails, Feet: 3-6 Weeks

  • Legs and other: 6 weeks +

Edits During Construction

  • Our commissions are based on your detailed descriptions or reference images. If you see a WIP and want small adjustments, we will accommodate within reason. We want you to be happy with your custom piece!

  • However, if you want changes that go against the initial description or reference images, we may need to charge an extra fee for those changes. This is because a major change against your initial description could create more work than originally planned. We will discuss prices if needed, and you will of course have the final say in changing or leaving as-is.

Color Matching

  • While we have access to tons of unique fur and fabrics, there isn’t an unlimited amount of colors to choose from. If your reference has a color that we cannot match, we will find the closest colors and work with you on finding what you’d like.

Buyer Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for the following:

    • Providing an accurate description and/or reference image of the commission they would like.

    • Providing proper measurements or other info related to the commission, if applicable.

Repairs

  • We can provide small repairs to commissions. This includes things like fixing ripped seams, replacing worn down feet soles, refreshing airbrushing on washed fursuit heads, etc.
    Contact us if you would like a repair and we will assess charges accordingly. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Photos of Commissions

  • We reserve the right to use any photography or videos that we take of commssioned work as posts to our social media, advertising of any kind, or print materials.
