Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales of our products are final. For any issues, email us within 3 days of receiving to request an exchange.
If item is damaged directly out of the box, please email with photos within 24 hours of delivery date including the box.
Refunds or exchanges on items that you have not received but have been marked as "delivered" on the tracking will not be granted. Contact your local post office for issues with item delivery.
Q: How are payments processed?
A: All payments through this website, in person, and through invoice are processed by Square. Square offers a variety of credit and debit payment options. Items are priced in USD.
Q: What are your average shipping times?
A: Orders ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Shipping times vary based on your distance from West Virginia. Once shipped, you'll receive an email that includes your tracking number.
Please keep holiday shipping times in mind! We cannot guarantee you will receive items by certain holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas.
Q: When are you open for commissions?
A: At the moment, we don't have any set schedules for commission openings. Keep an eye out on instagram, twitter, and facebook for updates.
